13-5 Prohibits property owners from depositing snow and ice onto Town Roads, so
as to cause a nuisance.
Section 13-8 Owners or occupants of all buildings or lots abutting Town Roads
are supposed to remove the snow from sidewalks – a 3 foot wide path – along
the Town Road, within the first 4 hours of daylight after a storm. Ice in the
sidewalk is to be removed, sanded or treated.
